Class C shares have privileges on voting rights. This privilege is within Article 15 of our Company's Articles of Association. In this respect, the validity of the decisions to be taken by the Board of Directors on the issues listed below depends on the affirmative vote of the member of the Board of Directors elected from Group C:

• Changes in the Articles of Association that will affect the privileges granted to the C group shares,

• Processing of the transfer of registered shares in the share book,

• Determining the form of letter of attorney in Article 31 of the Articles of Association,

• Decisions envisaging a reduction of at least 10% in the capacity of any factory owned by the company,

• Establishment of a new company or partnership, acquisition, partnership with the existing ones and/or merger, division, change of nature, dissolution, and liquidation of the company.
